By accessing or using Kaio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

Kaio provides a web-based platform for team collaboration and management. The service includes organization management, team member invitations, billing management, and related features.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from the billing page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
